12-Hour Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of your purchase. Requests made after this window will not be considered. This policy applies to all digital products sold on WaMarketingSoft.

All software is 100% genuine and original. Refund eligibility is governed by this policy and the terms of the original developers.

1 Overview

WaMarketingSoft sells digital software products including WhatsApp marketing tools, email marketing software, lead generation tools, and more. As these are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy is strictly limited to a 12-hour window from the time of purchase.

We encourage all customers to use free trial versions (where available) before purchasing to ensure the software meets their requirements. Free trials are available for most of our WhatsApp marketing tools.

2 When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may request a refund within 12 hours of purchase if any one of the following conditions applies:

  • The software does not work as described on the product page after proper installation.
  • You received an incorrect or invalid license key/activation code.
  • The product was not delivered within a reasonable time and you did not receive any response from our support team.
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same order.
  • A technical issue with the software has been confirmed by our support team and cannot be resolved.
⚠️ Important: You must contact us via WhatsApp or email and provide proof (screenshot/video) of the issue before a refund is approved. Refunds without valid documentation will not be processed.

3 When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The 12-hour refund window has expired after your purchase date and time.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing or no longer need the software.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (please verify before buying).
  • The software was already downloaded, activated, or used on any device.
  • Issues caused by your own system, incompatible hardware, or outdated operating system.
  • You violated the software's terms of use (e.g., using cracked activation methods).
  • You did not try the free trial before purchasing and claim the software is not suitable.
  • WhatsApp bans or restrictions on your number caused by misuse of the software.
  • Your internet connection, firewall, or antivirus blocked the software from running.
  • The refund request was made without contacting our support team first.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Binance, PayPal, etc.) within 1–3 business days.

WaMarketingSoft is an official authorized reseller of software products originally developed and owned by CodeCynone. We are not the developer of the software. All products are purchased directly from CodeCynone and resold to customers as genuine, original licensed software.

Our refund obligations are limited to the scope of our reseller role. For disputes beyond our reseller capacity, customers may be referred to CodeCynone's official support for further assistance.

We do not take responsibility for issues arising from third-party platform changes (such as WhatsApp policy updates by Meta), operating system incompatibilities on non-recommended hardware, or any misuse of the software by the customer.

6 Digital Product Policy

All products sold by WaMarketingSoft are digital goods (software licenses, activation keys, and download links). Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, they are generally non-refundable except in the cases outlined in Section 2.
